The Stormwater Strategic Initiative Lead (Stormwater SIL) is supported by the National Estuary Program's Puget Sound Geographic funds. Focused on reducing the impacts of stormwater throughout Puget Sound, the Stormwater SIL is led by the Washington State Department of Ecology in partnership with the Washington Stormwater Center at Washington State University and the Department of Commerce.
