Knickerbocker Reach Floodplain Re-connection on Thornton Creek

This is a two-phase project to restore floodplain function and stream habitat in Thornton Creek Watershed. The project will optimize floodplain storage, reduce stream velocities and improve instream and riparian habitat. Funding will complete Phase 1 of this project, design and permitting. Phase 2, construction, is currently not funded.
