Environmental Justice Assessment for 2026-2030 Action Agenda
IMP_0464
The purpose of this agreement is to conduct an Environmental Justice Assessment (EJA), per the mandates of the HEAL Act, that identifies and engages overburdened communities (OBC) and vulnerable populations (VP) that may be affected, positively or negatively, by Puget Sound Partnership (PSP) agency actions. Gathering this necessary feedback from OBCs and VPs will help PSP produce an EJA that informs the development of the 2026-2030 Action Agenda (PSC2025ABH).
