The purpose of this agreement is to understand the collective, cumulative effects across individual projects and watersheds that will provide scientific evidence for ecosystem benefits, aid in the communication of recovery progress, and contribute essential information needed for internal planning and adaptive management processes. This agreement will assist with the first phase of implementing the evaluation by collaborating with key scientists in the region to formalize and complete a study design using the cumulative effects framework.
